Toss in the pasta and serve with parsley and parmesan cheese. Add the clams and their sauce to the pot with the pasta. Continue cooking the pasta, adding pasta water as needed until it becomes creamy. Cook those until most have opened and then add the lobster. Add the pasta back to the pot and add the pesto.
